Our client, an Ecommerce CPG client is seeking an experienced Broadcast Project Manager / Producer to drive the successful execution and delivery of studio content including digital, TV commercials, videos, social media stories and clips as well as radio spots within a fast-paced creative environment. This role is responsible for managing project workflows, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless production and execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic setting, proactively identifying and resolving challenges while maintaining quality and efficiency. Please note, this opportunity is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension or full time that is hybrid, onsite 3 days a week in the Fort Lauderdale area, 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee studio projects including digital, TV commercials, videos, social media stories and clips as well as radio spots from intake to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and processes.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Production teams to refine briefs, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day on studio processes, providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing quality, speed, and business impact.
  • Utilize workflow software to track project stages, monitor deliverables, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between marketers, channel owners, and creative teams to ensure on-time project completion.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Monitor review and approval processes to maintain project momentum.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in project workflows and best practices.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of project management experience for broadcast, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment stemming from an advertising agency or in-house brand, network, or marketing department.
  • Expertise in multi-channel digital and broadcast (TV, Radio, Video) workflows.
  • Ability to manage high-volume projects under tight deadlines. Proficiency in project management software for workflow optimization and asset management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Nice to have skills: experience with Workfront, Binder, and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a HUGE PLUS.
  • Ability to work onsite 3 days a week in the Fort Lauderdale area.
  • Travel required: 0-10%.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field.
