We're looking for an experienced UX Designer & Researcher to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a User Experience (UX) Designer & Researcher with extensive experience in usability testing, wireframing, and user research. You will be responsible for enhancing user-centered design for AI/ML tools and applications by conducting research, developing wireframes, and analyzing user behavior. Typical duties include facilitating usability testing, designing user interfaces, gathering user requirements, and collaborating with technical teams to improve overall user experience. This position is contingent upon contract award.

What we are looking for:
  • 7-10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of experience with a Master's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience conducting usability testing, preparing test plans, and analyzing test data.
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and task flows to document information design concepts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and interact with end users.
  • Prior experience conducting user interviews and contextual inquiries.
  • Experience with user tracking and analytics tools such as Matomo.
  • Ability to visualize user metrics using Qlik and/or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development.
  • Highly preferred: UX-related certification (e.g., Certified Usability Analyst - CUA).

Clearance Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS security clearance

Salary Range:

  • $90,000 - $140,000
  • The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilities

  • May require up to 10% travel
