We're seeking a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Manager to join our team and lead marketing initiatives that support our business growth and customer engagement.

Position Overview:

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our company goals. You'll oversee all facets of marketing, including branding, graphic design, and communications, while managing projects with short deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role requires a versatile individual who can act as both a designer and a manager, contributing creatively while leading the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing plans to promote Newco's products and brand.

• Oversee graphic design and printing functions, ensuring consistency in branding and high-quality output.

• Create custom artwork designs for customers to support sales and product promotions.

• Manage the development and updates of marketing materials, including price books, catalogs, cut sheets, and other collateral.

• Coordinate product photography and videography to support promotional efforts.

• Provide website design and support, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging online presence.

• Conduct regular market research to keep Newco current with industry trends and insights.

• Create outreach campaigns through LinkedIn and other B2B mediums to expand visibility and engagement.

• Manage outsourcing of projects to third-party design companies when workload exceeds internal capacity.

• Actively contribute as a designer while also managing team and project workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within a manufacturing or B2B environment.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), photography, and video production/editing.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and with customers.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with comfort managing tight deadlines.

• Experience managing third-party vendors and agencies to deliver high-quality results.

• Strong knowledge of website management and digital marketing tools is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• A portfolio showcasing creative work is required.

Work Environment:

• Position is primarily in-office, located in St. Charles, MO.

• Flexibility for remote work may be available in the right situation.
