Currently we are seeking a "UX Engineer" for one of our top 50 fortune client that is a leading multination corporation.

Position: UX Engineer

Location: New York (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Project Overview:

The team is a cross-product, cross-platform design and engineering group that focuses on transforming the most impactful design opportunities into reality through UX guidance and platform code. Their goal is to make products more efficient in building beautifully designed products for everyone.

The Design Intelligence team works in collaboration with other teams to enhance AI model understanding of UI and UX design (including reasoning, generation, critiquing, and manipulation). This "tri-coastal" team has core members located on the US West Coast, New York City, and Germany.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Development of datasets for AI training and evaluation
• Development and experimentation (in collaboration with UX team)
• Dataset creation tooling development
• Data analysis of benchmark results, including development of necessary infrastructure
• Fine tuning LLM models
• Productionizing of datasets for application to post-training of LLMs

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

• Code comprehension Ability to extract relevant information from reading code in one or more core languages and frameworks, including the ability to leverage the code as a resource to create work output for users or stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Experience creating prototypes or custom tooling for the product development process.
• Experience with front-end development technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other).

Preferred qualifications:

• A passion for AI/ML and its potential to transform user experiences.
• Experience working with large datasets and machine learning models or dataset creation or annotation.
