What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conceptualize and implement marketing programs that support customer acquisition, growth, and retention
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to introduce new products to ECP and Retail channels
- Lead B2B and B2C PR and outreach activities, managing agencies and crisis communications
- Develop and execute communications plans for new products, producing persuasive content
- Manage a team, ensuring consistency and best practices across marketing initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of direct reports
- Proven ability to manage a dynamic workload in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong conceptual thinking and innovation skills with a track record of measurable results
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage effectively with executive management
