Duration: 8-Week Course, Spring Session

As spring approaches, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic instructor to lead our after school pottery program for elementary-aged children, starting mid-March 2025.

Responsibilities:

1. Teach basic pottery techniques to children, fostering creativity and artistic expression.
2. Create a supportive and engaging environment that encourages exploration and learning.
3. Ensure a safe and organized classroom space for all activities.

Qualifications:

1. Must have your own Transportation. Metro bus riders, subway or Uber commuters will not be accepted.
2. Strong background in Early Childhood Education or experience teaching children is preferred.
3. No prior art or ceramics experience is necessary; our team will provide comprehensive guidance.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Details:

1. Hours: 3:00-5:00pm
2. Compensation: $55 per hour
