Description
Job Overview: We're on the hunt for a visionary Creative Lead to execute our client's brands' creative strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Translating Creative Vision: Work with executives to develop and articulate the overall creative strategy for projects, including brand identity, visual style, and messaging.
- Internal Executive Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with company executives to understand their needs, present creative concepts, and ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Brainstorming and Ideation: Facilitate creative sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for campaigns.
- Hands On Design: This person will be the SOLE creative to translate product vision into strong visual assets.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and design innovations to keep our brand fresh, relevant, and ahead of the competition.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong creative vision and aesthetic sense.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven experience in design, advertising, or related creative fields for eCommerce (Product imagery, Video editing/creation, graphic design & product rendering).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (juggling skills a plus but not required).
- Deep understanding of brand strategy and marketing principles.
- Expert in design software and tools (Adobe Suite is your second language).
- Experience in product marketing and packaging design.
- Familiarity with eCommerce subscription website design and customer experience and design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with creating unique strategies and content for use across USA, Canada and EMEA countries.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
