Creative Marketing + Operations Coordinator
The Vintage Round Top has an immediate opening for a Creative Marketing & Operations Coordinator based in the Austin, TX and/or Round Top, TX area.

The Vintage Round Top is a highly publicized hospitality and lifestyle brand offering bespoke lodging and event spaces in Round Top, Texas—home to the largest antique show in the U.S. We also feature a curated online collection of antiques and handmade goods, along with exclusive workshops and retreats. Since 2012, our mission has been to create spaces that restore, experiences that nurture the soul, and unique products that inspire wellbeing and intentional living. The Role
We’re looking for a personable, creative, and organized go-getter to drive our brand and business forward. As part of a small business, you’ll be working directly with our owner and founder, you’ll enjoy plenty of room for growth while managing a mix of marketing, operations and creative projects.
What You’ll Do
- Administrative & Organizational: Handle daily business upkeep, office duties and ensure all systems (Microsoft/Google/Adobe) run smoothly.
- Reservation Management: Oversee online inquiries, manage bookings and cancellations, process payments and reports (QuickBooks) and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Marketing & Sales: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our brand through social media, website, blogs, advertising, email marketing, PR and media relations.
- Social Media Management: Maintain and grow our social presence through content creation, copywriting, photography and video production.
- Business Development: Market curated events (retreats, workshops), develop and draft correspondence and proposals and assist in expanding the Paige Hull lifestyle brand.
- Vendor & Project Collaboration: Work with third-party vendors and support the owner on various projects and initiatives as needed.
Who You Are
- You have a background in hospitality with experience in marketing, PR or business development.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and excel in customer service.
- You’re detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- You’re creative—comfortable with Adobe CC, Canva, basic photography and website management (Flodesk, Squarespace, or similar platforms).
- You know your way around Microsoft Office and Google tools.
- You have a passion for design, a flair for creative thinking, and, most importantly, a love for Round Top!
- Job Type: Full-time, with evening and weekend availability to respond to guest requests.
- Location: Hybrid work environment – must work a minimum of two days per week from Austin, TX or Round Top, TX.
- Compensation: Salary plus commission, commensurate with experience.
