THE JOB

The Global Media Partnerships team is an innovative business development group inside the Live Nation Media & Sponsorship division, focused on building creative, tech-driven, industry-shaking programs with premium media partners. Together, we harness the power of live music, the impact of culture-defining artists and the influence of new technology to deliver exciting fan experiences on a global scale.

The Graphic Designer/Video Editor will play a crucial support role in developing visually compelling assets for partnership initiatives. Day-to-day process includes asset management, ideation, and executing against long-term partnerships alongside select media partners.

Media partners include platforms with an emphasis on augmented reality (AR), livestreaming, social storytelling and emerging tech experiences. You will help develop assets that help activate those products in partnership with both internal and external teams (i.e., third party vendors, developers, brand sponsors, artist teams, festival teams).

This is a temporary position with a contract duration of 6 months.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Support all partnership initiatives with digital asset creation including stills, videos, video editing, motion graphics and gifs
  • Create and utilize templates both for creative development and platform building, consistently adding to, improving and updating partnership assets as needed (presentations, social assets, campaign deliverables)
  • Transform concepts into visual execution/assets for internal/external use
  • Own workflow of asset management/asset tracking from all cross-functional teams and partners
  • Present work to team/stakeholders and incorporate feedback thoughtfully into final assets
  • Improve creative workflow processes, find efficiencies in leveraging templated assets while still maintaining creativity
  • Creative/design support lead on select global brand partner products
  • Regular communication on creative ideation, implementation, production and project tracking
  • Creative input, project management over various third-party partners and vendors
  • Build strategy materials for creative concept and partner development use
  • Maintain a knowledge of the key industry, design and social media marketing trends

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 2+ years direct experience in graphic design, creative media, and/or creative consulting in the advertising, entertainment or music or social media space
  • Experience in audio/video production
  • Experience in standard media production (i.e., film, commercial, branded content)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Google applications, Apple Keynote
  • Experience in music, media and/or entertainment a plus
  • Experience in content-based programs a plus
  • Experience with creative/design programs that implement both physical & digital components a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial-type environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Flexible, able to work in an on-demand environment
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel
