The Fix Creative have a very exciting new role, based in Manchester for a Senior Influencer Manager – your strength will be your data driven influencer marketing strategy knowledge and revenue & return reporting of influencers.

Need to be a driver due to location.

Hybrid working model - 4 days a week in the office and 1 from home … possibly more flexibility down the line.

This is a pivotal role in the 20 strong influencer team, working directly under the Influencer Lead, a great opportunity for a step up but you will need 5 years experience working within a influencer role already.

An Influencer from a fast fashion, beauty, or tech space would be preferred.

These Beauty Experts run their business mainly ecommerce and the team is responsible for discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across all platforms to drive traffic, awareness and sales through campaign activations.

This Senior Influencer Marketing Manager who is passionate about beauty tech and is results-oriented. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven influencer marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility, engagement, and sales across multiple channels. We're looking for a candidate with proven experience working towards specific KPIs, including campaign performance metrics, influencer engagement rates and revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Experience in a similar influencer marketing role, with a proven record of driving successful campaigns for beauty or tech consumer brands.
  2. Experience in managing or mentoring team members, with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture and driving target achievement.
  3. Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting campaign performance metrics.
  4. Innovative thinker with the ability to develop creative and effective campaign strategies that resonate with audiences and drive results.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling pitches and building strong influencer relationships.
  6. Strong project management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
