Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Assistant to join our Accounting + Finance team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high energy environment, where your skills in marketing campaigns, trade shows, content creation, creative support, and data analysis will be utilized to the fullest. Our ideal candidate is a marketing enthusiast who is eager to learn and grow, and who can bring a fresh perspective to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our services and products.
  • Coordinating and participating in trade shows and other promotional events to boost brand awareness.
  • Creating engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
  • Providing creative support to the team in the design and production of marketing materials.
  • Conducting data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to help inform our marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the Accounting + Finance industry.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, coordinating trade shows, creating content, providing creative support, and conducting data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing trends and techniques, and the ability to apply this knowledge to our industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for a variety of audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and make strategic decisions based on this information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as marketing software and tools.
  • A creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative marketing ideas.
  • Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
