We are currently hiring a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and assist with our expansion efforts in the Southern California area. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and fostering positive customer relationships.


Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with our clients' potential customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights, sharing relevant information with the marketing and product development teams.
  • Continuously learn about marketing trends, competitive landscape, and product enhancements to remain knowledgeable and effective in marketing discussions.
  • Participate in lead generation and customer outreach activities to gain practical sales and marketing experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Comfortable using a computer or iPad.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or marketing is a plus.
