Marketing & PR Intern Job at Clear Lake Bank & Trust Inc in Clear Lake

This part-time and seasonal/temporary Marketing & Public Relations Intern position is expected to assist in the administration of CLB&T’s overall brand management across various channels via advertising, communications, and community relations. The internship would begin in mid-May and continue through mid-August.

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Assists with creation of original written and digital content to support bank departments and drive customer engagement through social media, digital advertising, video content, and more.
• Assists with event planning, engagement and execution.

Typical work Schedule:

• Approximately 25-35 hours per week between the hours of 7:30-5:15 M-F; Thursday evenings.
• Saturdays as needed to support events
• Candidates will be expected to be able to be flexible with scheduling based upon the needs of the Bank

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; current college student.
• Desire to pursue a career in marketing, event planning, social media, digital advertising, or public relations preferred.
• Proficient in PC usage and standard office applications (i.e. Microsoft Word & Outlook)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
