About C.A.M.P.

Care Advocates for Medical Management Professionals (C.A.M.P.) is a national start-up initiative dedicated to supporting critical care providers across the U.S. through advocacy for professional development, wellness, and community-driven initiatives. Our mission is to optimize and elevate the well-being of caregivers who dedicate their lives to helping others.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to be at the forefront of a groundbreaking movement. As we prepare for the C.A.M.P. 2025 launch, we are looking for an experienced PR Specialist who can:

• Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns to increase awareness and engagement for C.A.M.P.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community leaders in Austin.
• Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and meaningful content.
• Secure high-profile media coverage and public engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with C.A.M.P.'s advocacy, events, and digital platforms.
• Act as a key liaison for all public communications as well as brand reputation management.

The Right Fit:

• A PR powerhouse with a dynamic personality, flexibility, emotional intelligence and focus on deliverables and reaching milestones.
• 5+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
• Proven track record in securing top-tier media placements and building brand presence.
• Strong local network in Austin’s media, business, and or healthcare communities.
• Exceptional storytelling & communication skills – both written and verbal.
• A strategic thinker with an ability to execute in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• A passion for supporting critical care providers and the mission of C.A.M.P.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining creativity, accountability, and impact.
