Job Description & Skill Requirement:

1. 10+ years of relevant experience
2. Hands-on experience in documentation tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Word)
3. Proficient in technical writing, including creating clear, concise, and accurate content
4. Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
5. Analyze data to create well-structured documents
6. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) for organizing and publishing content
7. Knowledge in Engineering Product Development life cycle process, PLM workflow including Change Management
8. Work closely with subject-matter experts, engineers, and other stakeholders
9. Ensure accuracy in technical descriptions, diagrams, and instructions
10. Consistently follow style guidelines
11. Desire to have HVAC product knowledge (at high level)
