Under the direction of Sr. Creative Services Manager, the incumbent will play a key role in creating and managing print assets that support the good2grow brand, with a primary focus on packaging, merchandising, and sales materials. This role is integral to ensuring high-quality, on-brand printed deliverables that meet the needs of various departments, especially the sales and marketing teams. The position requires a strong understanding of print production processes, layout, and attention to detail in delivering print-ready files. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the Creative Services Manager to support creative needs across the organization, particularly for packaging, merchandising, and trade show materials. In addition to print, this role will also assist in the creation of digital assets for social media, websites, and company platforms as needed.

Design and production of print-ready assets, including packaging, boxes, inserts Create and update sell sheets, product mockups, and PowerPoint slides to support sales presentations and activations. Develop print collateral for trade shows, including booth displays, banners, and sales kits, in collaboration with the Creative Services Manager and the sales team. Design merchandising headers, signage, and other point-of-sale materials, ensuring adherence to print specifications and brand standards. Lead maintaining the digital asset library for the organization, ensuring easy access and proper categorization, including DIY point-of-sale asset catalog and style guide for the field team Collaborate on creating digital assets for web, social media, and other assets as needed. Provide design support for internal teams by creating print and digital assets, including flyers, posters, and internal communications materials as needed. Education/Experience
4-6 years of experience in print design and production, with a strong portfolio of merchandising or sales materials. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a focus on creating print-ready assets. Strong knowledge of print production processes, including file setup, die lines, and working with vendors. Knowledge of Flexo and Gravure print processes Experience designing for various print formats, including packaging, signage, and trade show materials. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Characteristics Needed to be Successful
