Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our Skeletal marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and executing short and long term commercial growth strategies and analyzing market trends to identify future opportunities. They will also play a pivotal role in providing subject matter expertise to our customers as well as training and supporting our field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Market Analysis:
Continuously monitor industry trends and market opportunities, conducting thorough analysis to identify potential growth areas. Use these insights to guide marketing strategies and product development.
Growth Strategy Development:
Create both short-term and long-term commercial growth strategies aimed at expanding the customer base and increasing market share. Ensure alignment of strategies with the company's overall business objectives.
Customer Expertise:
Serve as the subject matter expert on product use, preferences, and behaviors. Build deep relationships with key customers and prospects to understand their pain points, ensuring marketing efforts resonate with target audiences.
Sales Team Support:
Provide training and ongoing support to sales team members by developing sales enablement materials and ensuring they are well-equipped to execute lead generation strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to refine and improve lead qualification processes.
Campaign Execution:
Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution, performance tracking, and optimization of results across all channels.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies, sharing insights and providing actionable recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Exercise Science or related field (MBA preferred)
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation, market analysis, and strategic growth planning
Strong understanding of customer insights and the ability to apply them to drive marketing efforts
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed decisions
Experience in developing and delivering training materials and supporting sales teams
Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The annualized base salary range for this role is $111,000.00 to $173,000.00 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
