US Marketing Director, Brand Lead HAE

Responsibilities:
The Director, in collaboration with Sales, Corporate Accounts, Business Operations and Medical Affair insures that functional area strategies are aligned with the overall HAEGARDA and BERINERT brand strategies. The Director is accountable for overall sales, market share and management of HAEGARDA and BERINERT. The Director will be responsible for definition and implementation of HAEGARDA and BERINERT marketing strategies. The Director will develop new business opportunities for HAEGARDA and BERINERT and ensures timely and effective implementation. The Director liaises with Medical Therapeutic Area Leaders and other key senior cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are efficiently translated into effective initiatives. The Director is responsible for the overall performance standards and objectives for employees in their assigned group. The Director must be able to work independently with minimum guidance from the Executive Director while being able to influence senior management.
Main Responsibilities:
Develops and presents to U.S. Commercial Operations Leadership the HAEGARDA and BERINERT 1-year strategic and detailed tactical plans based on effective market definition and segmentation. Accountable for the successful implementation and measurement of these plans
Recommends and drives the alignment of resources and initiatives to achieve current and long-term HAEGARDA and BERINERT objectives
Accountable for production plan forecasting, including gaining stakeholder input on projections
Works closely with the Executive Director of Marketing to identify new product opportunities, accelerate the process of bringing new product enhancements and line extension concepts to the U.S. market. Considers input from external partners and customers, aligns them with global commercial development business plans
Responsible for the effective management and operation marketing activities within the approved budget
Accountable for proactive management of marketing activities to assure compliance with internal Company and external requirements
Develops and manages effective agency relationships in support of key initiatives.Manages vendors used for brand programs and projects and ensures alignment with HAEGARDA and BERINERT business teams
Build effective and productive working relationships with key External Customers, including HCP thought leaders and professional societies that are stakeholders in the treatment area
Leads four direct reports to ensure alignment to brand objectives and deliverable timelines.Identify high caliber individual(s) for roles and provide professional development support
Qualifications:
BS/BA, MBA preferred
At least 10 years relevant health care marketing and commercial planning experience. Three years of people management preferred. Must have demonstrated experience in leading Brands and contributing to the commercial success of them. The position requires excellent organizational skills, collaboration, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
