The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll drive performance analysis, campaign optimization, and KPI reporting to inform business decisions and enhance media strategies. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external publishing partners, providing actionable insights through dashboards and data-driven recommendations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimizing content performance and marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities Analyze performance metrics and deliver reports to drive data-backed decision-making. Collaborate with publishing partners to track KPIs and align on strategic goals. Design and maintain dashboards that visualize key metrics, trends, and opportunities. Evaluate media and marketing initiatives, identifying areas for optimization. Serve as the primary data liaison between internal teams and external partners. Improve data collection processes, workflow automation, and reporting efficiency. Own end-to-end projects, from data gathering to report creation. Work with technical teams to ensure accurate data flow and tracking. Present findings and strategic insights to leadership and key stakeholders. Stay up to date on industry trends to refine data strategies and best practices. What We're Looking For
4+ years of
data analysis
experience, particularly in
performance reporting and media analytics . Strong
SQL skills
for data extraction and manipulation. Proficiency in
data visualization tools
(e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for
technical and non-technical audiences . Experience working with
external partners
to track KPIs and align on objectives. Familiarity with
data automation
and workflow optimization. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project ownership.
