Product Marketing Manager
working
onsite
in
Seattle, WA
to support our premier client's industry media and entertainment product marketing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology services and how they can be used to create business outcomes in the M&E vertical, the ability to transform complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand messaging and materials, and experience building and improving scalable mechanisms to deliver results. This is a
3-month
contract role
that offers the opportunity to define and drive the marketing and positioning strategy for solutions and services that help organizations accelerate cloud transformation.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the development of messaging, positioning, marketing content, and go-to-market strategies for M&E, its solution areas, as well as purpose-built services and solutions. Work effectively across the platform with groups such as engineering, digital marketing, integrated marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, sales, business development, public relations, analyst relations, and evangelists to shape the industry vision, prioritize solutions, and achieve our joint business goals. Craft, execute, and refine marketing plans and leverage channels to engage key audiences, reach our customers, and help grow their understanding and usage of services. Develop and support keynotes at AWS and industry conferences and trade-shows, positioning the platform as the leading cloud provider for the M&E industry. Work at both the strategic and tactical level to champion bold and creative ideas. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally to meet with customers and internal stakeholders (10-15% annually) Required Skills:
5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals Experience using data and metrics to drive results, and presenting those results to senior leadership Preferred Skills:
3+ years of experience in the M&E industry Writing, program management, event experience Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives MBA or equivalent experience in technology
