UX Engineer

Job Title : UX Engineer Location : Remote We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications: Responsibilities: Collaborate with designers developers and stakeholders to build usercentric interfaces. Develop responsive and accessible frontend code using HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks (e.g. React Angular or Vue.js). Translate UX/UI design mockups into functional prototypes and productionready code. Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to enhance design and functionality. Optimize web performance and ensure crossbrowser and crossplatform compatibility. Implement and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across all platforms. Stay uptodate with UX/UI trends tools and technologies to drive innovation. Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend interfaces with APIs and data systems. Key Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field. Proven experience as a UX Engineer FrontEnd Developer or similar role. Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and frontend frameworks. Strong understanding of UX principles accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and usability best practices. Experience with design tools like Figma Sketch or Adobe XD. Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with motion design and animation libraries (e.g. GSAP Lottie). Experience with A/B testing and user behavior analytics tools. Knowledge of serverside rendering and progressive web apps (PWAs). Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience in building and maintaining component libraries or design systems. Federal Experience is a plus. Required Security clearance.
