We are seeking an innovative and visionary Vice President of Creative to lead our creative team in developing and executing compelling marketing and branding strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and a proven track record of driving successful campaigns that resonate with both healthcare professionals and consumers.

Is your background a match?
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
* 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful campaigns and creative projects
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels
* In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and digital media
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Advanced proficiency in creative tools and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite, project management platforms, and analytics tools, combined with a strong understanding of emerging marketing trends and their application in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries

What will you be doing?
* Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, writers, and multimedia specialists, to produce high-quality, impactful marketing materials
* Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's brand vision and business objectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective communication across all channels
* Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
