Robert Half is hiring: Graphic Designer in Chula Vista

We are in search of a Graphic Designer to join our team in the retail clothing and accessories industry located in Chula Vista, California. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Graphic Designer, you'll be primarily tasked with editing existing product labels, creating marketing assets, and supporting website and e-commerce updates.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to edit and update product labels and packaging.
• Ensure product labels meet the correct dimensions and specifications for compliance purposes.
• Manage the organization and storage of design assets in SharePoint and Box folders, maintaining clear and consistent file naming conventions.
• Create a variety of marketing assets such as web banners, social media graphics, and flyers related to label and packaging updates.
• Provide support for website and e-commerce updates, making sure product cart images reflect the most recent label designs.
• Generate 3D product renderings and mockups for product packaging using pre-existing templates and design files.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude, staying motivated and eager to learn new skills.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Extensive experience in creating advertisements for various media channels
• Ability to design and create engaging artwork aligned with the company's brand identity
• Experience in designing banner ads for digital platforms
• Skilled in creating brochures and other print materials
• Demonstrable ability to enhance brand awareness through visual designs
• Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred
