Job Description As the Manager, Local Marketing you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand and lead generation marketing strategies in an assigned territory. You will have a focus on driving qualified lead volume and member acquisition, increasing sales, and driving member engagement and retention within that local market by collaborating closely with regional club teams, local partners, and community leaders. You will report into and partner closely with the Senior Director of Local Marketing to build and manage localized marketing campaigns across various channels like events and activations, social, and community outreach initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct in-depth market research to understand local demographics, consumer trends, and competitive forces as well as understanding current member base in specific region Develop and implement localized marketing plans aligned with overall business goals, considering specific needs of the local market. Set measurable marketing goals and KPIs for the local market. Foster strong relationships with in-Club teams including general/associate managers, membership advisors, ancillary business leads (PT, Group Fitness, Pilates) Build on-going relationships with local partners, community leaders and influencers that align with the brand to foster brand awareness and local partnerships. Work closely with the Regional Vice Presidents to understand the needs and areas of opportunities within the target market. Partner closely with the broader marketing team (growth. social, press, influencer) to build regional specific initiatives. Connect on and on-going basis with Regional Sales Directors to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide support for lead generation activities. Create local in-club events driving high-quality leads and engagement current pipeline prospects Propose and execute member appreciation activations to drive referral leads and/or ongoing member engagement Manage marketing budgets allocated for the local market, ensuring efficient spending and ROI optimization Track campaign performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven adjustments. Share regular reports on marketing activities and results with key stakeholders.
