Lincoln International follows a hybrid work structure with an emphasis on in office collaboration.

Our employees work in our Chicago office Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays. Our office is located at 110 N Wacker Drive, just blocks from Union Station & Ogilvie Transportation Center.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Lincoln International is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Global Marketing Team in Chicago to drive digital marketing initiatives and lead integrated marketing strategies and campaigns. The role reports to the firm's Chief Marketing Officer and will have responsibility for driving sophistication around segmentation, targeting and measurement of digital campaigns across platforms. Moreover, the individual will collaborate with certain business lines in helping to design and implement marketing programs, leveraging the skills of other colleagues on the team to execute and measure.

We envision the Senior Digital & Marketing Manager will be initially tasked with the following:

Firm Responsibilities:
  • Strategically leverage the firm's digital marketing platforms to ensure content and messaging is delivered to key audiences and connect activity to revenue outcomes
  • Measure and analyze digital performance; develop reporting dashboard and conduct deep dive analysis as needed
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate digital marketing tactics into marketing and event programming, working closely with others on the team to remain apprised of goals and initiatives across the firm
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Business Enablement team to align digital marketing activities with sales

Business Line Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategies and programs for one of our global business lines - ensuring alignment across marketing channels and metrics reporting back to group and team leadership
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate logistics and timing for tactics like webinars, podcasts, videos, media interviews, social media, events, speaking engagements, etc.
    • Support the development of thought leadership to position the group according to their strategic objectives
  • Serve as a central point of contact for the group for marketing inquiries and seek to connect ideas and tactics to other groups across the firm

Skills:

The successful candidate has experience building and executing digital and integrated marketing plans that range from reputation to demand generation activities and are aligned to business goals.

  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Insight gathering and analysis from multiple internal and external data sources (e.g. data providers, social analysis, engagement scores)

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • Approximately 10 years of digital and general marketing experience
  • Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, social media, web analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools); Salesforce product knowledge and experience preferred
  • Proven experience working with multiple marketing and sales functions to deliver superior results
  • Customer and market-driven orientation with proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Experience measuring, analyzing and interpreting digital marketing activity and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to actively listen, gather information and understand the needs of various stakeholders to drive effective digital marketing strategies
  • Proven track record in designing and executing effective demand generation and lead nurturing programs

The salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000 on an annual basis. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Chicago. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
