The Sr Director - Growth Marketing and Campaign Management collaborates with the marketing team to lead the development, execution, management, and optimization of comprehensive marketing campaigns. These campaigns are designed to align with overarching business strategies and stimulate demand for Verizon Business Group's products and services within the Global Enterprise and Public Sector markets. Additionally, this role involves liaising with technology partners to increase product and solution awareness and generate demand. A strong emphasis is placed on measurement, reporting, and refining the marketing approach based on segmentation. This position is pivotal in driving a focus on the sales funnel, bookings, and revenue for Verizon Business across both Global Enterprise and Public Sector markets.
The core objective is to deliver localized campaigns, sales programs, market intelligence, and enhanced brand awareness. In partnership with sales leadership, this role will develop, implement, and support program execution aimed at driving sales and revenue. Furthermore, the Sr Director will identify and address knowledge and skill gaps to enhance marketing and sales performance. Through the analysis of campaign performance, this role will determine their impact and recommend future strategies.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $179,000.00 and $332,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

In this role, you will be responsible for
- Partnering with Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Customer Market Research, and internal and external SMEs to develop a deep understanding of enterprise and public sector customers, including key business challenges, their top operational objectives, and their buying behaviors.
- Working with the segment teams, SMEs, and Marketing Intelligence to identify target accounts and highly proposed buyers.
- Oversees Global Enterprise and Public Sector messaging strategy. Creates strategic messaging plans and leads the development and implementation of messaging.
- Manages the relationship with the CMO organization and builds relationships with agency partners
- Designing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns tailored to engage and attract Global Enterprises & Public Sector, ensuring that they align with business objectives and brand values
- Develop an end-to-end customer journey with tactics and scoring to identify engaged customers and accounts and drive them to 1:1 sales engagement.
- Developing a content strategy for the entire buyer group, and all stages of the buying journey.
- Developing clear value propositions for each campaign that addresses customer pain points and showcases the solutions that help businesses solve those challenges.
- Utilizing SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, webinars, content syndication, and other digital tools to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness
- Tracking and analyzing campaign and sales performance using key metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI. Adjusting strategies as necessary based on data-driven insights. Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to anticipate shifts in the industry and adjust campaigns accordingly
- Regularly reporting results to Sales and Marketing leadership.
- Develop and activate brand recognition, engagement, and revenue growth with Verizon technology partners
- Manage and optimize Partner MDF

Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Eight or more years of relevant experience required in business marketing, with a focus on B2B.
- Extensive marketing experience, ideally in a field-facing, marketing communications, or strategic marketing capacity.
- Comprehensive understanding of Global Enterprise and Public Sector markets, as well as emerging global technology trends.
- Demonstrated project management proficiency, including the ability to develop and implement campaigns and programs within a dynamic, fast-paced environment utilizing appropriate analytical tools.
- Proven success in designing and executing content marketing programs to achieve defined business objectives.
- Experience in budget development and management, alongside expertise in personnel recruitment, training, development, supervision, and evaluation.
- Sound comprehension of contemporary digital, online, and offline marketing concepts, strategies, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement strategic plans; exceptional analytical skills; experience with Lean and Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Proven management and leadership capabilities, ideally with experience leading virtual and/or international teams.
- A high degree of creativity, with expertise in identifying target audiences and developing integrated campaigns that effectively engage, inform, and motivate.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal); a track record of establishing relationships and credibility with organizational leaders.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
