Compensation Range: $110,580 -$173,995 - $188,025 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. - Function as both a solution design lead for CoreAI product development and new business needs
- Helps set strategic vision and long-term goals for the verticals (ex. CPG, Pharma, Automotive, etc)
- Direct product strategy & translate business needs for platform development
- Set an example of being discerning with clients to understand business challenges, opportunities, and needs
- Create detailed root cause analyses and business process mapping designs
- Construct client business requirement documents that capture the client opportunity for CoreAI, enabling the creation of functional and technical requirements
- Lead on client data strategy assessment and enrichment, translating process and strategy into new AI workflows

- Have excellent analytical, logic, and math skills
- Are able to navigate ambiguity, instilling process and thoughtful 'end-user' documentation
- Demonstrate advanced ability with platforms

- Have experience working with cloud environments and marketing technology solution design projects

Qualifications
The successful candidate should have:
- BA/BS in Business, Economics, or Strategy-related discipline
- 6-9 years of relevant experience with marketing and media agencies or adjacent capabilities, such as ad- and mar-tech firms, consultancies, or client-side marketing organizations
- Proficiency in analyzing workflows and relevant processes, with strategic recommendations based on business objectives
- Demonstrated skills in slide design, analysis, writing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to look at the larger picture with a strategic perspective, balanced with an eye for detail
