In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping media investment strategies for mid-level to large clients. You will guide contractors, negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure maximum media value and strategic alignment. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and optimization opportunities, ultimately contributing to the success of our clients and the growth of our agency.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute media buying strategies aligned with client goals and objectives, leveraging your deep understanding of the media landscape.
- Negotiate favorable terms with supplier-partners, staying ahead of emerging media technologies.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of media investment deliverables, utilizing best practices, tools, and data.
- Partner with Media teams, Compas BSD & SPT to maintain seamless financial collaboration and management.
- Manage and mentor a team of Senior Analysts and contract employees, fostering their growth and development.
- Contribute to agency-level portfolio work and support client-specific initiatives.
- Audit client media execution accuracy and rates, ensuring alignment with benchmarks.
- Represent Integrated Media Investment on client and cross-agency calls.
What You'll Bring:
- 5-8 years of experience in Media Planning, Buying, or Activation.
- Comprehensive understanding of all media channels (online/offline, traditional, and emerging).
- Proven experience in negotiation and building strong supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media buying platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
