Position Summary:

The Men's Producer is a dynamic and detail-oriented professional responsible for managing all aspects of asset creation production for the men's category at Kith. This role bridges creative vision with logistical execution, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality imagery that aligns with the brand's aesthetic and strategic objectives.

From pre-production planning to on-set coordination and post-production wrap-up, the Men's Producer oversees the full lifecycle of photoshoots, managing budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and creative team needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adept at problem-solving, and passionate about fashion and visual storytelling.

Who You Are:
  • Oversee end-to-end production for men's campaign and editorial photoshoots, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed production schedules, call sheets, and shot lists to ensure smooth operations during pre-production and shoot days.
  • Manage casting, location scouting, equipment rentals, and permits in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Oversee contracts, invoices, and payment processing for all production-related expenses.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on set, ensuring shoots run efficiently and problem-solving in real time.
  • Support the creative team by coordinating talent, crew, and logistics to maintain a productive shoot environment.
  • Regularly communicate progress, updates, and challenges to key stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.


Skills You Possess:
  • 4+ years of experience in photo or video production, preferably in fashion or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of budget management, production timelines, and on-set workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with casting, location scouting, and vendor negotiations.
  • Knowledge of digital asset management and basic post-production workflows.
  • Project Management: Expertise in organizing and managing multiple photoshoots simultaneously, ensuring all aspects are executed on time and within budget.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Proficiency in creating, tracking, and reconciling production budgets, with strong negotiation skills to manage costs effectively.
  • Production Knowledge: In-depth understanding of photoshoot workflows, including pre-production, on-set operations, and post-production processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with creative teams, marketing departments, and external vendors to align production with brand goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick-thinking and resourceful, with the ability to address logistical or technical challenges in fast-paced production environments.
  • Vendor and Talent Management: Skilled in sourcing, hiring, and managing relationships with photographers, stylists, set designers, hair and makeup artists, and other collaborators.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey expectations, updates, and feedback across teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, call sheets, contracts, and digital assets with precision.
