Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and works collaboratively with various departments, including sales, product management, and engineering.

The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and works collaboratively with various departments, including sales, product management, and engineering.
- Salary: 95-105K / year
- Vacation (PTO): 80 hours ("2 weeks")
- Benefits: Standard offerings (includes up to 4% 401k match)
- Location: Office in Irving, Texas 75038
- Must work in the Irving, TX office when not traveling - no home office
- Travel: frequent travel required during first few months to get familiar with company, markets and products. Once this occurs the travel will decrease significantly to "as-needed" for content development/updates and potentially trade show participation
- Relocation: none offered
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a continuous program of new and improved marketing content across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Manage the company website and ensure it is up-to-date, informative, and user-friendly.
- Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns to reach new customers and generate leads.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering to identify new market opportunities and develop marketing strategies to target those markets.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Travel:
- Frequent travel is required during the first few months to learn about the company, products, and markets.
- After the initial training period, travel will be required on an as-needed basis for things like content development and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools (a plus).
