Your challenges:

Joining our Marketing Team based in Fort Mill, SC, you will be part of a committed team responsible for the planning, development and execution of regional marketing activities directed towards product and brand. You will be specifically overseeing our digital and social media marketing agenda across a range of customer groups.

Your primary tasks will be to:
  • Plan, develop, and implement integrated PR, influencer, and social media strategies aligned with marketing goals across trade and consumer audiences.
  • Manage and grow our social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content that enhances brand awareness and engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key media contacts to amplify campaigns and key initiatives.
  • Plan and implement paid social media campaigns to support marketing goals.
  • Monitor and report on social, PR, and influencer performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with trends in social media, PR, and influencer marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Promote collaboration with social global community.
  • Manage agencies for high-quality performance


Your qualifications:

You have a relevant business or marketing-related degree and with your creative mindset and commercial skills, you take pride in exploring new possibilities and working with a variety of stakeholders. You are a great communicator with effective verbal and written skills. You have great project management skills, a collaborative spirit and motivation to build your overall business understanding.

Moreover, we expect you:
  • Have a BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or relevant field.
  • Three to five years of experience in social media management, PR, or influencer relations, preferably within a marketing or brand environment.
  • Skilled in strategic thinking, communication, and organization.
  • Proven track record of creating innovative social/PR/influencer campaigns.
  • Experience managing agencies.
  • Are an innovative marketeer with an interest in digital marketing.
  • You have a willingness to take on every task that is handed to you.

Your compensation and work schedule

Your starting monthly salary range is between $8899 - $11,124. Compensation is based on the skills and the experience of the candidate.

Our organization follows a hybrid schedule working in-office three days a week and remotely the rest. Our in-office time is used primarily for team meetings and formal and informal collaboration.
