Lemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $120,000 plus equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Speak to your recruiter to hear more about the specific salary range for your preferred location.

In this role you'll
- Develop, execute, and optimize offline media campaigns across multiple channels, including CTV, audio, direct mail, out-of-home.
- Responsible for End-to- End campaign management including planning, tracking and optimization/reporting.
- Collaborate with the Creative/Brand team to ensure messaging aligns with campaign goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Partner with analytics and performance marketing teams to measure and report on campaign success, translating data into actionable insights.
- Research and identify new offline opportunities to expand reach and improve cost-efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with media and agency partners, negotiating rates and placements to maximize value.
- Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring our offline strategies are innovative and competitive.
What you'll need
- 3-6 years of experience in media planning, buying, or a related role, with a focus on offline channels.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Marketing, or related field
- A creative side that emphasizes impactful storytelling through media.
- A keen eye for operational excellence: Ability to identify process efficiencies to find ways to make our work more effective, cost-efficient, and/or faster while maintaining or improving quality.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for building relationships across teams and with external partners. Should be comfortable seeking out solutions to business challenges independently.
- A passion for learning and staying ahead of media trends.
- Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI - a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
