About this Position:

Social Driver's Marketing Manager is a key member of the Business Development and Marketing Team, which is focused on the growth of the company's impact through its brand, reputation, partnerships, and client relationships. Social Driver's marketing and communications efforts focus on our culture (e.g. company values, world-class team), community engagement (e.g. The Driver Foundation, diversity-focused memberships and affiliations), and client impact (e.g. case studies, creative showcase).

Objectives & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage marketing initiatives for Social Driver and its affiliated brands, National Digital Roundtable, and Chief Influencer, ensuring cohesive and effective brand strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing marketing relationships with external partners, including overseeing and responding to the marketing email inbox.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, invitations, and executive communications, to engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Create, manage, and implement social media marketing strategies, including developing content calendars, producing content, and posting across relevant platforms.
  • Coordinate and promote event marketing efforts for Social Driver and National Digital Roundtable, driving attendance and visibility for events.
  • Oversee website content and updates for both Social Driver and National Digital Roundtable, ensuring accurate, engaging, and up-to-date information.
  • Manage and enhance the online reputation of Social Driver through platforms such as Clutch and Google, responding to reviews and optimizing profiles.
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns to increase brand visibility and support marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the coordination and distribution of client merchandise, gifts, and correspondence, including holiday gifts and other promotional efforts (e.g., LovesDelivered).

Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, at a digital agency preferred.
  • Proven ability to act as trusted partner and consultant to Director and C-Level executives.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies across social media, websites, and SEO.
  • Knowledge of campaign strategy, digital advertising, and SEO best practices.
  • Knowledge of popular website tools and CMSs, including WordPress and Webflow
  • Strong communications and customer service skills with the ability to interact with technical people, business stakeholders, clients, etc. An ability to look beyond face-value conversations; read between the lines and listen for what isn't being said.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems on the fly, and communicate with those around you. Teamwork and agility required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of perspective.
