Overview:
IGEL is seeking a proactive Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager to lead and grow our Global Ambassador Program, identifying and nurturing satisfied customers to become brand advocates. This role involves creating compelling content such as video testimonials and case studies, managing advocacy campaigns, and ensuring content is distributed effectively across internal and external digital channels. You will also handle program logistics, including benefit delivery, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive program success globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Expand the Global Ambassador Program:
  • Manage and grow the program by identifying, engaging, and nurturing customer advocates.
  • Brainstorm and implement strategies to increase ambassador participation and engagement.
  • Manage logistics, ensuring timely benefit delivery and maintaining consistent communication.

Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, gathering success stories, feedback, and testimonials.
  • Act as the primary contact for ambassadors, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

Content Creation and Distribution:
  • Develop, script, and produce content such as case studies, video testimonials, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Manage platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, and other video tools to optimize and distribute content effectively.
  • Distribute advocacy materials across digital channels (social media, websites, emails) and internal platforms.

Advocacy Campaigns:
  • Design and execute campaigns to amplify customer stories and showcase IGEL's impact.
  • Promote content across channels, including events, webinars, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Track performance and analyze metrics to improve future campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work with global teams, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, to align advocacy efforts with company goals.
  • Partner with external vendors to enhance content quality and reach.

Program and Event Support:
  • Organize and manage ambassador-related events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Travel up to 15% to engage with customers and capture advocacy materials.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B customer marketing, customer experience, or related field, preferably in software or IT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different customer segments.
  • Experience with copywriting and content strategy across various formats (blogs, social media, email, video).
  • Proficiency in video production and editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and platforms (YouTube, Vimeo).
  • Creative thinker who can develop engaging ways to attract and retain ambassadors.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional global teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other virtual collaboration tools.
