Summary of Position:
The Testing & Media Operations Manager will lead the testing team and oversee content monitoring across AdTech products, including mobile apps, CTV, and video platforms. Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and/or to other offsite buildings for various project needs.

The Testing & Media Operations Manager will lead the testing team and oversee content monitoring across AdTech products, including mobile apps, CTV, and video platforms. This role focuses on ensuring product quality, optimizing processes, and fostering team development. You will serve as the key liaison for testing operations, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Essential Functions:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and QA leads, ensuring efficient testing processes and high-quality deliverables for mobile apps, ad-serving platforms, and video integrations
- Develop and implement testing frameworks to ensure high-quality ad delivery, campaign execution, and video playback performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Ad Ops teams to identify, test, and resolve issues related to ad placements, measurement, and tracking.
- Oversee end-to-end testing of ad campaigns, programmatic media, and video content across multiple platforms (CTV, Mobile, Web, DOOH).
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases for ad serving, third-party tracking, and data integrity validation.
- Establish QA best practices and help optimize workflows to improve ad quality, viewability, and campaign performance.
- Oversee content monitoring for AdTech products, ensuring compliance and quality across all platforms.
- Monitor team performance metrics and report outcomes to leadership to maintain high standards.
- Support lab operations, ensuring devices are available as needed for testing and maintain the inventory.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field required
- 5+ Years of Experience
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of ad-serving platforms (Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, etc.), DSPs, SSPs, programmatic ad tech , video ad standards (VAST, VPAID, VMAP) and QA methodologies for CTV, OTT, and digital video.
- Experience with automated testing tools, debugging ad delivery issues, and working with third-party measurement partners.
- Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to enhance ad performance.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in mentoring teams and optimizing processes.
- Proficiency in QA methodologies and tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and QTest.
