The Culture Marketing team is dedicated to building brand relevance by executing programs that foster creativity within communities focused on music, dance, art, and social innovation. The Sr. Culture Marketing Manager will support and lead the development and execution of culture-focused marketing projects within their region. Through events, artists, and influencers, you will build local and regional brand affinity while aligning with global strategies. This role includes planning, executing, and managing projects that create strong connections between the brand and the creative community, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.
Job Description
Planning & Collaboration
Identify regional opportunities in Culture Marketing and contribute to business planning.
Lead or support the development and implementation of region marketing activations, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Be the expert on local cultural trends, understanding what is relevant within local communities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, event logistics, media network, field marketing) to ensure seamless event execution.
Assist in the development of creative concepts and communication tools for stakeholder engagement.
Events & Projects
Oversee or support the execution of the annual Culture Marketing business plan, including Red Bull titled and 3rd party events.
Ensure events are executed on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand standards.
Participate in project kick-offs, post-mortem evaluations, and recaps to define and evaluate success.
Collaborate with Brand, Media Network and Partnership teams to identify opportunities to amplify events and projects.
Develop and execute below-the-line marketing strategies to support event goals.
Artists & Influencers
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local artists, opinion leaders, and influencers to amplify brand presence and product trial.
Identify locally relevant artist stories and cultural moments that align with the brand's values.
Build and nurture a rich network within the local cultural scene to stay on top of emerging trends and key players.
People & Resource Management
Lead or assist in managing resources to ensure the successful delivery of all projects, events, and marketing initiatives.
Manage the budget for regional culture marketing programs, ensuring cost efficiency and project ROI.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lifestyle, experiential, and culture-related marketing.
Strong understanding of both traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies.
Event production experience for live music and other culture-related events.
Proven experience managing projects from concept through to execution, including budget management.
Knowledge of regional and national cultural trends and scenes.
A demonstrated ability to work in creative, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Must be fluent in English; additional language skills an advantage
Additional Information
The base salary range for this position is $85,600 to $128,400 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
