As a partner and field marketing lead, you will be a key member of the global partner and field marketing team and you will collaborate with the entire go to market team to build and execute integrated partner and field marketing plans to support the growth objectives.

Here’s how you’ll do that
Lead, support and monitor to- and thru- partner marketing campaigns and communicate effectively with partners
Align with Sales and Marketing to ensure success with lead follow-up and campaign goals
Establish strong relationships and build trust with Phocas GTM team and within partner organizations
Maintain proactive contact and relationship building with your partner through events, conferences, webinars, podcasts, co-branded campaigns, social media promotions, or other collaborative efforts
Ensure that your partners have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell and promote Phocas
This is what you’ll need to do it
6+ years' experience in channel, field, event, content -marketing and lead generation roles
Experience in ERP or software space, with manufacturing, distribution and/or retail industry is ideal
Experience developing content marketing programs aligned to target solution segments and/or industries
A background in managing tradeshows/events (logistics, contracts, invites, set up)
Familiarity with digital marketing and HubSpot experience preferred

Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000 (Salary range is subject to regional differences and assumes fully qualified based on job requirements).
