Job Summary:
The Ainsworth family is looking for an energetic team member to organize corporate or private events for companies or individuals. Their duties include meeting with clients to discuss their needs, maintaining partnerships with vendors and caterers and overseeing the set-up, execution and cleanup of events.

- Maintaining partnerships with vendors and caterers
- Overseeing the set-up, execution, and cleanup of events
- Conceptualizing theme ideas
- Planning budgets
- Coordinating events with multiple stakeholders and departments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
- Must be organized
- Have strong customer services experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Must have a data entry and computer experience
- Basic mathematical skills
