Job Overview
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing visual concepts and creating high-quality, engaging designs that align with the organization’s brand identity and educational philosophy. This individual will collaborate across departments to produce a wide range of digital and print materials. The Graphic Designer will ensure cohesive brand representation while producing materials that excite and engage diverse audiences, including homeschooling families and K-12 learners. The Graphic Designer will also ensure all visual content meets organizational standards of excellence.
Strategy
- Design promotional and informational materials to support company initiatives, including digital images and layout, print layout, PDFs, presentations, and multimedia content.
- Develop design concepts by studying relevant market materials, project objectives, and audience needs.
- Illustrate concepts with prototypes, mockups, or layout drafts and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain and uphold brand consistency across all design assets, ensuring all work aligns with Edovate’s tone and identity.
Execution
- Create visually engaging assets such as graphics, infographics, e-learning templates, and visual content for a variety of formats including both print and digital.
- Manage timelines and deliverables for graphic elements.
- Coordinate design components with product development team and internal stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain a library of design templates, assets, and completed projects for future use.
- Prepare designs for print and work with vendors to ensure high-quality production.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to develop content, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to contribute to broader organizational initiatives.
- Perform other roles and duties as assigned.

Requirements
Requirements:Experience: Two or more years of graphic design experience, preferably in education or a related field.
Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field is preferred.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across digital, print, and event-related assets.
Skills
- Proficiency in design software/tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Ability to productively receive and give constructive feedback.
- Understanding of both print and digital production, corporate identity, and multimedia design.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to visual details and brand guidelines.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing for an educational or homeschooling audience.
- Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with creating designs that are accessible and inclusive.
