Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Work closely with the Social Media and Video Production Manager to maintain a dynamic content calendar, ensuring consistent posting across various platforms.
- Write compelling social media copy and create visuals that reflect the brand’s voice and messaging.
- Develop short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and tailored graphics to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Assist in producing written content, graphics, and video clips for digital campaigns.
Website & Digital Campaigns
- Update and create new web pages using WordPress to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
Community Engagement & Brand Presence
- Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages in a timely, brand-consistent manner.
- Oversee BDR (Business Development Representative) campaigns and targeted LinkedIn messaging to generate leads and engagement.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Track key social media metrics, including engagement, reach, and follower growth, compiling performance reports.
- Analyze data insights to refine content strategies and improve digital performance.
Video Production Support
- Assist the Social Media and Video Production Manager with social media platforms by coordinating shoots and gathering content for production.
- Basic understanding of video editing and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite to support content creation.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation
- Identify and explore emerging trends in social media and recommend opportunities for SalesGlobe to leverage these trends effectively.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience with video editing, video production, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
- Strong writing and content creation skills with an ability to capture and maintain brand voice.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics reporting.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress for website updates and content management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving digital trends.
