Our Hospitality client in Miami is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join their growing and collaborative team. The Creative Project Manager has a strong background in advertising with 4+ years of experience managing all aspects of 360 creative campaigns as well as digital, social media, video, and print campaigns, developing and tracking timelines and project costs, and works cross-functionally with creative teams and marketing departments. Please note, this position is a long-term contract position that is 40 hours a week, hybrid in the downtown Miami area.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage 360 campaigns as well as print, digital, social, and marketing projects.
• Develop and track timelines for a variety of projects ensuring adjustments are made as needed.
• Ensure projects are meeting designated timelines and team members are on track to hit target dates.
• Track projects in Workfront.
• Hold status meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clear communication amongst the creative team and key stakeholders.
• Be solution-oriented in finding new and better ways to improve workflow and collaboration with partner teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of creative project management experience stemming from an advertising agency or in-house creative or marketing department.
• Experienced in managing 360 and/or integrated campaigns.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Proven experience in developing timelines, schedules, and project costs.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and working under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a related field (such as Advertising, Communications, Marketing, etc.).
• Available to work 4 days onsite in Miami, remote on Fridays.
