$63.00/hr - $63.91/hr
Job Title: AEM Content Author
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402
HYBRID: 3 DAYS PER WEEK IN OFFICE REQUIRED
Duration: 10+ months contract with possible extension
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role will collaborate as part of an Agile team to accomplish their goals of providing information to account holders. The person who fills this role will collaborate with internal stakeholders, communicating via email and Microsoft Teams as part of the CBBO Digital Servicing team (5-7 people on the team).

Required:
- 3+ years of experience in content management
- 1+ year working specifically in AEM
- Fast learner
- Organized
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and willing to support BAU work as needed
Preferred:
- Experience working on an Agile team
- Experience implementing WCAG 2.0 Accessibility standards
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Writes, edits and implements content based on the content strategy, including voice and tone, and customer/business-centric site goals.
- Reviews content with peers and senior content strategists to ensure they accurately represent the content strategies.
- Formally observes user interviews and usability sessions.
- Analyzes and understands end-to-end customer experiences to ensure that all content is consistent in voice/tone/construction and technically correct.
- Assists in gathering requirements and assessing content needs of a given project.
- Updates content logs, copy documents, CMS, and other documentation systems.
- Provides strategic content recommendations and writing/editing support for UX teams, product managers, business lines, and other content stakeholders.
- Drives, advocates, and embodies a customer-centric perspective within and outside the UX Design organization, resulting in consistently simple and innovatively enriching experiences for our customers.
- Applies and updates existing content strategies to accommodate new products and campaigns.
- Validates that content is correctly and accurately implemented across all platforms.
