Graphic Designer/Print Production
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role requires a designer with a strong understanding of brand consistency, print production, and technical precision. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and have experience working with product packaging and direct mail design.
This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and uphold existing brand design guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
- Lead product label creation and editing using Adobe Illustrator.
- Manage and refine existing direct mail designs, as well as develop new creative concepts.
- Prepare and preflight print-ready files to ensure seamless print production.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute fresh design ideas.
- Help create website banners and ads, as well as repurpose existing designs for various digital and print formats.
- Bonus: Experience with direct mail marketing is a plus.
- Execute repetitive yet critical technical design tasks to streamline workflow.
- Provide a second set of eyes for quality control on all print materials.
- Maintain an organized file management system with clear naming conventions for efficiency.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Illustrator (label design, vector graphics)
- Photoshop (image editing, retouching)
- InDesign (layout design, direct mail setup, print postcards)
- Strong understanding of print and web design requirements.
- Experience working with product packaging.
- Familiarity with Adobe Express and/or Canva is a plus.
- Expertise in design principles such as balance, typography, and color theory.
Additional Qualifications:
- Understanding of security best practices when handling sensitive, business-critical information.
- Strong communication skills via Slack, Telegram, and Zoom.
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in design alignment, composition, and English spelling.
- Ability to respond promptly to time-sensitive projects and emergency situations.
- Passion for learning and exploring new design techniques and trends.
- Strong sense of integrity, self-discipline, and accountability in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
