Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Project Coordinator
Location: Phoenix, AZ (on-site 4 days a week)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract Duration: 12 weeks, with potential for extension
Start Date: ASAP
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to join their team. This role is essential for managing various marketing projects and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will be based in Phoenix, AZ, and available for on-stie work
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Manage and oversee marketing projects across different product categories.
Meeting Involvement: Participate in key meetings to stay informed about upcoming projects and requirements.
Brief Development: Create detailed briefs for in-store signage, capturing all necessary information for execution.
Vendor Liaison: Work with vendors to obtain artwork and ensure it aligns with brand standards.
Collaboration: Partner with the space planning team to determine store counts, signage versions, and sizes.
Mock-Up Preparation: Prepare mock-ups of signage for review and approval in meetings.
Timeline Management: Keep track of project timelines, update briefs as needed, and communicate changes to all stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
High Sense of Urgency: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Proactive: Takes initiative and follows up on tasks without needing prompts.
Strong Communicator: Comfortable reaching out to different teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Design Eye: An eye for design is a plus, though not required.
Industry experience: Experience in retail and consumer goods space
Additional Skills: Experience with planograms, writing creative briefs, and managing retail signage development is a huge plus.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
