WHAT WE ARE HUNGRY FOR

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will serve as the Paris Baguette expert in social media and influencers. This individual will be responsible for organic social platform management, content development & creation, social listening. and influencer-partnership management. They’ll oversee the strategy & approach for all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Threads, and other emerging platforms.

KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the brand Social Media strategy to strengthen our approach in organic content creation, engagement and followers.
  • Develop content calendar (both US and CA) for all social media platforms
  • Publish all social media content including posts, reels and stories to Facebook, Instagram and X using platform appropriate messaging and brand voice. Post video content to TikTok and business content to LinkedIn including press release pickups.
  • Develop impactful, relevant and on-trend social content including original video and photography captures.
  • Seek out usable UGC (user generated content) to create robust social content that represents our everyday guests.
  • Collect and report-out social data metrics to measure engagement, followers, and platform growth.
  • Oversee social listening, respond to guests, and provide feedback to operations partners as needed for further café follow-up.
  • Work with the LSM Manager to integrate the NSO posts both for Facebook and LinkedIn into the content calendars.
  • Prepare social content presentations for senior leadership meetings that drive actionable decision making and recommendations for the organization.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and target audience demographics.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers across social media platforms and other channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns, including content creation, distribution, and measurement.
  • Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and payments in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support Creative Director as needed for brand collateral, POP, photoshoots, video and digital needs.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing and R&D to develop and refine the seasonal calendar, micro-campaigns, holiday initiatives, promotions, and activations.
  • Assist with paid media as needed.
  • Perform other functions as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital, Public Relations or Communications, preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years brand or agency experience in Social Media/Influencer Marketing
  • Strong understanding of all social media platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and Threads
  • Experience in developing successful Social Media and Influencer campaigns.
  • Social platform data and metrics tracking experience.
  • Restaurant/QSR or F&B industry experience preferred.
  • Balance of strong strategic thinking and flawless execution
