Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Editing: Design, edit, and produce engaging and creative content tailored to Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create content for several business units, including Surgical Cosmetics, Dermatology, Functional Medicine, Regenerative Medicine, Wound Care.
- Research and incorporate trending topics, hashtags, and formats into content strategies.
- Community Engagement: Respond to all comments, messages, and interactions on each platform to build and maintain strong relationships with our audience.
- Content Capture: Assist the Social Media Manager in capturing patient content on surgical days and documenting key moments for each of our business units.
- Work directly with our medical providers to capture photos and videos to promote their services.
- Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule content using social media management tools to ensure a consistent posting cadence.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager and other team members to develop innovative campaigns and execute them effectively.
- Create content that aligns with marketing campaigns for cohesive brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be comfortable capturing content containing surgical instruments and bodily fluids, such as blood and needles in an operating room environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations is not required, however is appreciated.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience managing social media accounts.
- Experience with CapCut Desktop Editor, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video editing software.
- Experience with Canva or Adobe design products (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong knowledge of creating platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Ability to research, identify, and apply trending topics and strategies to social media efforts.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with audiences authentically and professionally.
- Must be able to travel to Coeur d'Alene, ID 2-3 days a week.
- Interest in the medical and cosmetics/aesthetics fields.
