POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Executive Integrated Producer at Townhouse, you will hold a key leadership role, overseeing and driving the successful execution of integrated advertising campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams and manage the end-to-end production process, ensuring seamless collaboration between various departments and delivering exceptional results for our clients. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of integrated advertising production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead the development and execution of integrated production strategies, ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns that meet client objectives and drive exceptional results.
  2. Collaborate with account management, creative teams, and clients to define project goals, scope, and deliverables, aligning them with the agency's strategic direction.
  3. Provide expert guidance on the selection of appropriate production techniques, technologies, and platforms to achieve creative vision and maximize campaign impact.
  4. Foster strong partnerships and effective communication with internal teams, including account management, creative, media, and technology, to ensure seamless integration of all campaign components.
  5. Lead collaborative brainstorming sessions and concept development meetings to generate innovative ideas and identify opportunities for cross-channel integration.
  6. Serve as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, fostering productive relationships and maintaining alignment throughout the production process.
  7. Oversee the end-to-end production process, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
  8. Develop comprehensive production schedules, resource plans, and budgets, working closely with production teams to allocate resources effectively and optimize workflow efficiency.
  9. Uphold the agency's creative standards and brand guidelines, ensuring that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and industry best practices.
  10. Conduct thorough reviews of creative assets, including video, print, digital, and experiential components, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.
  11. Implement quality control processes, feedback loops, and continuous improvement initiatives to refine production workflows and optimize output quality.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  1. Extensive experience (8+ years) in integrated advertising production, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-channel campaigns.
  2. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results.
  3. Deep understanding of advertising production processes, including traditional, digital, social, mobile, experiential, and emerging platforms.
  4. Exceptional project management abilities, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns, balancing competing priorities, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  5. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to select and manage external partners to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  7. Proficiency in project management tools.
