We are seeking an experienced Head of Retail Marketing with over 10 years of expertise in retail marketing and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with global headquarters. The ideal candidate will drive strategic marketing initiatives, align local execution with corporate objectives, and optimize brand visibility across retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative retail marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HQ teams (Global Marketing, Product, Merchandising) to ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines. Translate global campaigns into locally relevant retail activations.
  3. Retail Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of in-store promotions, POS materials, seasonal campaigns, and omnichannel initiatives. Collaborate with regional/field teams to ensure flawless campaign implementation.
  4. Budget & Performance Oversight: Ensure ROI-driven allocation of resources. Track KPIs (sales lift, foot traffic, conversion rates) and deliver actionable reports to stakeholders.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between local markets and HQ, providing regular updates and advocating for regional needs. Present results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  6. Team Development: Mentor junior marketers and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years focused on retail marketing (consumer goods, fashion, or related industries). Proven track record of managing large-scale retail campaigns and collaborating with corporate teams.
  2. Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for HQ alignment. Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.). Leadership experience in cross-functional environments.
  3. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
