Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of business development within influencer marketing, identifying, engaging, and onboarding new partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Support the Senior Director of Commercial with the creation, advancement, and execution of strategic plans to grow the influencer marketing vertical.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencer partners, ensuring effective campaign execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and new potential influencers or platforms for collaboration.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with influencer partners, ensuring competitive deals and positive ROI for all parties involved.
  • Create and maintain regular KPI reports for influencer partnerships, providing insights on engagement, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (BI, Content, SEO, and Product) to ensure influencer-driven traffic aligns with performance goals and strategic objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, social media trends, and emerging platforms to ensure compliance and maximize new growth opportunities.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting of influencer marketing investments, ensuring cost-efficiency and revenue optimization.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the influencer marketing portfolio.
Requirements
  • Open to travel for industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as needed.
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development, preferably in influencer marketing, digital media, or affiliate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing within iGaming, sports betting, or online gambling (preferred).
  • Proven track record of developing new business, negotiating contracts, and managing partnerships.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented, with a focus on maximizing revenue and partner performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional success.
