Magellan Financial is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to join Magellan Creative, our in-house, full-service marketing and ad agency. We help elite financial advisors nationwide grow their businesses through cutting-edge marketing, branding, and digital strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop & Execute Social Strategies – Manage content calendars and execute organic and paid strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
  • Create Engaging Content – Work with designers and content creators to produce high-impact graphics, videos, articles, and infographics tailored to financial audiences.
  • Grow & Engage Online Communities – Build relationships with followers, monitor conversations, and enhance the digital presence of Magellan Financial and its advisor partners.
  • Run High-Performing Paid Campaigns – Launch and optimize targeted ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google to increase visibility and generate leads.
  • Analyze & Optimize Performance – Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates) and refine strategies for continuous improvement.


What It Takes to Succeed

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital strategy.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and scheduling tools.
  • Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills for compelling captions, blog posts, and ad copy.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for tracking and optimizing performance.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment.


Preferred:

  • Background in financial services, fintech, or professional services marketing.
  • Experience with SEO, email marketing, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Ortto).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools.
